MAQQY is suitable for students and (middle-) managers who are supposed to have a broader view on management. Because of the flexible construction of MAQQY it is a good tool to use in higher education, but also staff members will recognize a lot of their own daily labour ambiance.
To play this simulation you'll need to have some economical knowledge, although you don't need to have a PhD in economics. MAQQY is very appropriate to teach and train a few economical instruments, such as making a precalculated balance sheet, income statement and cash collection and disbursement. Reading and understanding these reports will make the participant evaluate (and adjust) business strategy.
